Consulting Experiences

• Churches, implemented a marketing program to ensure more attendees coming into worship, aided in HR between the Pastor and Committees, to ensure a smooth and fruitful separation and executed Church business. Implemented a Building Maintenance program along with a complete HR system for all staff.

• Construction, aided all trades, in the bidding processes, contracts for both employees and sub-contractors (to ensure compliance with State and Federal Agencies, Care, Custody and Control issues), HR, inventory control, job profitability, landing materials, lien notification processes, marketing programs, receivables to ensure proper cash flow.

• Industrial & Mechanical Businesses, Inventory programs as autos and parts are coming and going with flooring options built in to the inventory program is so finically important to the bottom line. QuickBooks aided and implemented the system many times over a complete HR system for all employees, sub-contractors and vendors. A marketing program that focused on radio and a referral system.

• Medical Offices, involved in compliance and implementation with their HIPAA programs; Inventories, for their Pharmacies and Medical Supplies; Aided in their Medical Billing Software needs, negotiated leases, implemented a QuickBooks Accounting Software program to track the entire business transactions, set up a rebate program for AR’s; Implemented a Scheduling system along with an extensive HR system.

• Professional Offices, Disaster planning, evacuation and fire policies, along with a complete HR, time tracking system for all employees and an employee package to ensure the smooth operations of the office along with a promotion policy as to when to promote within or hire from the outside, QuickBooks, implementation to excise reports and the AP’s & AR’s to ensure proper cash flow. Negotiations for the best lease and loan terms, a collection policy to collect from dead beat clients in a timely manner and the valuation to determine the best retirement strategy and aided in the sales, transition processes.

• Restaurants, involved in all aspects of the food industry, from implementing a check system to ensure all employees had their Food Workers Certification, Sexual Harassment Policies along with the entire HR, necessary for compliance in close quarters working environment, an Employment Agreement, Handbook, Safety Manuel with a PTO Policy and the correct clothing and shoes to ensure OSHA both federal and state compliance. Inventory programs, to ensure employees were being honest and accountable, with Food and Alcohol. A marketing system within two miles of the establishment both residential and commercial dwelling with income verification to ensure the potential customers can afford to spend the money as most clients come from within two miles.

• Retail, implementation of inventory as this is the largest exposure in a retail environment as it ebbs and flows in and out, a complete HR program for all employees and vendors. A niche marketing program tailored to their specific needs, i.e., a local baby apparel store, anyone registered within a ten mile radius would receive a post card and an email, derived from a combination of registers, hospital records and notifications; Hair Salon/Spa, any housing within five miles of the retail outlet with income and housing value over a certain value would receive a direct mailer and an email every three months and any event (anniversary, funerals, holiday and weddings) receive a post card and email to announce services and of course referral incentive programs that drive the customer back with referrals.
